Have some CC that’s going to expire soon? Want a cookie you can give daily? Look no further! We’ve got what you need… |
What you need: Critical Care, Bottled Water, bowl & spoon |
Mix just enough water into the CC to form a thick paste |
Scoop out the mixture into small balls and place on a foil or parchment paper lined pan, then flatten to a very thin cookie, approx. 1”/25mm wide |
Place in a 200°F/93°C oven for about 1 hour. If the cookies are sticking or show dark centers or bottoms, place back in the oven for 15 more minutes. Repeat until the cookies are uniform in color and don’t stick |
Allow cookies to cool, then store in an airtight container in the fridge |
Alternate Methods |
♥ Instead of the oven, you can use a dehydrator. Check them after 12 hours using the same method described above., putting in for an additional hour at a time. |
♥ You can flavor them using anything from the safe treats list. Grind your choice into a powder and add to the Critical Care. We suggest no more than 1 tablespoon per 1/2 cup of CC. Some favorites include bee pollen, calendula, chamomile, hibiscus and rose petals |
